We have three FRANK WALTON flagship stores, and close to a hundred retailers. Find the closest one here

 

Do you offer international shipping? 

We have free worldwide shipping. In all cases, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and return expenses.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and Paypal.

 

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking code provided in your confirmation e-mail, sent upon purchase. 

 

How long does it take before my frames arrive?

Based on your country, the shipping will take approximately 2–7 business days. 

 

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 12-month warranty. Read more here.

 

Can I return my order?

If you like to return or exchange your frames, you need to contact us by e-mail within 14 days of delivery. Please note that FRANK WALTON does not provide free return on international orders. 

 

Can I return frames received as a gift?

Yes, but frames received as gifts can only be exchanged for another frame, or a gift card. Please send an e-mail to sales@frankwalton.no.

 

I have made an error in my order, can I change or edit my order? 

We will try our best, but you need to contact us by e-mail: sales@frankwalton.no before the order is sent.

 

Do your glasses provide UV protection?

Yes. Our sunglasses are provided by Carl Zeiss, and are CE-marked which means they protect against UVA and UVB. Our sunglasses also come with anti scratch and anti-reflective coating.

 

Do you provide polarized sunglasses?

Yes, but this will affect the delivery time, as we need to place a special order for these glasses. An additional cost will be added to your order.

 

Can I change the lens color for my sunglasses?

Yes, but this will affect your delivery time, as we need to place a special order for these glasses. An additional cost will be added to your order.

 

How do I buy prescription glasses?

After receiving your frames, take them to your optician of choice for purchase of prescription glasses and adjustments. If you buy from one of our flagship stores, we can provide prescription glasses for you. 

 

Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes, but only in one of our flagship stores. Find the closest one here

 

How do I take care of my glasses?

Our frames are made from high quality materials, to make them last longer. Each order comes with a case to keep it safe when you are not wearing them, and a cleaning cloth, and cleaning spray to keep the glasses clear of particles. We recommend using the provided cleaning products, and not other chemicals, or soaps.
